So, we mentioned the dinner we went out to with friends where we discussed the trials and tribulations of cooking for both vegetarians and meat lovers — but we forgot to mention just how good the food was. The restaurant serves tapas and we had a dish there that we have been trying to recreate ever since, and we think we have finally got it… or at least something that we find to be equally delicious.
Paprika Corn
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili oil
2 tsp hungarian paprika
1 garlic clove
This is another stupidly easy recipe.
Drain a can of corn and then empty the corn into a pan. Add the chili oil, paprika, garlic, and olive oil. Heat it on medium-high for 3-4 minutes and then serve.
Add salt and pepper to taste… and enjoy!
Although we singled out this one dish, we have to say that everything we had was delicious, so we’ll surely be back for more ideas — and when we do, we’ll post our favorite incarnations here!

Mmmm!!! Tapas!!
